How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 5–7 business days across India.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most orders. The option and any COD charge are shown at checkout.
Do kitchen appliances come with a warranty?
Yes. Warranty details are listed on each product page under "Warranty / Shelf life", and the warranty card is included in the box.
Are your food products pure and natural?
Our honey, ghee, moringa powder and spices are sourced from trusted farms and packed without added preservatives. Shelf life is printed on each pack and product page.
Is the jewellery skin-friendly?
Our jewellery is nickel-free and finished with anti-tarnish plating. Store it in the pouch provided and keep it away from water and perfume.
How do I return a product?
Go to My Orders, open a delivered order and choose "Request return" within the return window. We will guide you through the pickup.
